Covered
All subscription lengths and device counts: if the login is never delivered, or the service does not work and our support team cannot fix it, request a refund within 7 days of payment.
Not covered
- A change of mind after normal use.
- Premium upgrades bought inside third-party player apps.
- Problems caused only by your own device, Wi-Fi or internet provider.
- Reseller credits already used to create customer lines.
- Accounts closed for breaching the terms.
How to request
Use the contact form, choose "Billing", and give the email you ordered with. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
